Round-Trip Shuttle: Shuttle Boat transfer from Bali Hai Pier (Dock A) to the cruise ship and back.

Important Information: Present your E-ticket provided to pick up and use your tickets. Please exchange your ticket and arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes in advance. If you miss the shuttle boat, an additional fee of THB 50 per person will be charged for speedboating to the cruise. Late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will not be permitted to board. This product is not available for group tours. If the front desk identifies you as part of a group, boarding will be denied with no refund provided. Important Boarding Tips Ticket Exchange First: You cannot go straight to the pier. You must first go to Anytime Cafe (near the pier entrance) to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket or wristband. The "5-Minute Walk": After getting your ticket, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from the cafe to the end of the pier (Dock A). Arrival Time: Aim to be at the pier 30 minutes before your session starts. The shuttles are punctual and will not wait for latecomers.
